Planning permission for nine self-build plots, split across Wolverley and Bliss Gate in north Worcestershire.

Matthews Construction can work through each stage: choosing a plot, designing the house with an architect, taking the design through planning, and then building it.

Once the district council has approved the design, the build can proceed with the finishes and materials agreed along the way.
